Your details are stored and processed in ActiveCampaign, our email marketing platform, solely to deliver these emails. We do not share, rent or sell your data to any third party for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Unsubscribing stops the emails; you can also request full erasure at any time.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask us to access, correct, or delete your data, restrict or object to its use, or withdraw consent — at no cost. Email hello@grapplestrong.co.uk and we'll action it. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
